Meet Miz Kiesh

Rickiesha Duffy didn’t enter the beauty industry just to perfect a makeup technique—she entered to help women see themselves clearly, confidently, and completely.

Before she ever picked up a brush, Rickiesha had a question on her heart: Why do so many women feel beautiful only when they’re wearing makeup? She knew there had to be more. That question led her to the Cinta Aveda Institute in San Francisco, where she studied esthetics in 2013, not to hide flaws, but to understand the foundation of beauty: the skin, the self, and the soul. But her journey didn’t start there.

I struggled with my confidence and self esteem as a child and when I grew up I masked with it with my success and outer appearance. I got to a point in my life when I needed to know who I was at my core, what I was passionate about and what was my purpose so I began my own journey of learning my identity. This was not easy but it was the best thing I could have done because I lead with my true identity and nothing else. I want to help woman do the same, learn themselves, appreciate who they are and never mask their true identity with makeup or success.

Over the years, Rickiesha has blended her expertise as a licensed esthetician with her gift for motivation. She believes that makeup should never be a mask—it’s a tool. A way to enhance what’s already there, not hide what’s not. Her mission is to help women build confidence, rediscover their identity, and truly love the person they see in the mirror—even barefaced and in their rawest form.

Through personalized skincare education, gentle yet empowering makeup lessons, and heartfelt support, Rickiesha reminds every client: beauty begins within—but it doesn’t have to stop there.


My goal as a Facial Beauty Consultant is to educate and assist you in enhancing your individual natural beauty from the inside and out through skin care treatments and makeup applications. I have created my own cosmetic line that is cruelty free and vegan that I use on all of my clients. Skin is the canvas to any makeup application and it is important to have a healthy clear canvas in order to achieve the best makeup application.
